The Studio Diagnostic

Find out what the manual side of your studio or production is really costing you.

Answer a few questions about how you actually run things. We read what is published about you, work out where your time and money are going, and write you a report on what could change – and on what should stay human.

  • Built on your operation, not a checklist. We look at how you work today and map it rail by rail. If it does not apply to you, it does not appear.
  • Every claim names its source. If we cannot point at where something came from, it does not go in the report. You can check every line.
  • A real person walks you through it. You get the report as soon as it is built. Then one of us gets in touch to go through what it found, correct anything we have wrong, and talk about what it means for you. It is not a tool that answers and walks away.

AI as the tool. The human as the artist. The report is about cutting the cost, not the people.

About four minutes. No payment, no account, and nothing is published anywhere.

First, what should we call you?

That is the only thing we need on this screen.

Where should the report go?

One address, used once, to send you the report. It is not added to a list and nobody else is copied.

What are we looking at?

Working under your own name is fine. The report works the same either way.

Optional, and the single most useful thing you can give us. Without one we can only search for you, which finds a lot less.

How big is the operation?

This sizes every figure in the report. One person and a company with a slate of productions do not sign off the same number of approvals in a month, and a number that is obviously wrong for you would discredit the ones that are right.

How you run a production

Skip anything you are unsure about. We can only see what is published, so an answer here fills a gap the research would otherwise have to report as invisible.

How do you keep track of decisions on a production?

How do you keep track of what you have licensed?

Who handles clearance and contracts?

Money, funders and people

How is a production budget tracked?

Do you report to investors or funders?

How do you find crew and collaborators you have worked with before?

Rights, reach and protection

How are distribution and partner conversations tracked?

How do you record consent for a performer's likeness?

How would you find out if your work turned up somewhere unlicensed?

Last thing

Optional. If they are a BridgeBrain partner this makes sure they get credit for the introduction.

A person takes it from here. We research what is publicly available about you and build your report while you wait, which takes a few minutes. It goes to you and to a real member of our team at the same time, and they will be in touch to go through it with you. Nothing is published and nothing is shared with anybody else.
